Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our inspection center.
Inspection and Refund
